General Shipping Info+

All orders are shipped through USPS First Class, which takes anywhere from 2-5 business days within the US and 1-6 weeks for international orders, dependent on location. All orders shipped through First Class within the US will have tracking included. International packages shipped through First Class will only have tracking until it leaves the United States.

We offer the option of upgrading to Priority Mail, which shortens the shipping time to 1-3 business days in the US and 6-10 business days for most international destiniations. Priority Mail also includes $100 of insurance and tracking for domestic and $200 of insurance and tracking for international.

Due to this, we strongly encourage upgrading to Priority Mail to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.

Some domestic, heavier packages are shipped through UPS ground to reduce delivery times.

All international customers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be placed and we cannot alter custom forms to avoid potential fees.

My Package is Stuck in Customs, What Do I Do?+

Unfortunately we have no control over packages when they are dropped off and scanned at the post office. We recommend calling your local post office with your customs form number and/or tracking number for more information.

When Will My Order Ship?+

All products are handmade to order. Please pay attention to the current processing time that is listed at the top of the website when purchasing. During sales or special events it may take longer.

Do You Ship Internationally?+

We do ship all of our products besides our treats internationally. Rates vary based on weight and specific location.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?+

First Class Shipping starts at $5 and priority starts at $8 for domestic, determined by weight. International shipping starts at $15 for Canada and $20 for the rest of the world.
