Return/Exchange Policy+

Bandanas: All return/exchange inquiries must be brought to our attention within 7 days of its delivery date. Any returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.

All returned items must be in the same condition that they were recieved in. Any items that are returned damaged, scratched, or dirty will be not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Leashes/Collars: All custom leashes and collars are handmade to order and consist of significant personalization in terms of size, color, upgrades, absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there was a mistake on our end. NO EXCEPTIONS

Ready To Ship items are eligible for returns/exchanges if notified within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in the same condition that they were recieved in. Any items that are returned damaged, scratched, or dirty will be not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Treats/Chews: Due to the nature of these products we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

Please allow 7 days after we have received your item to exchange it or submit a refund.

All return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, some situations may be exempt and will be determined on a case by case basis.
