Please read this page carefully before ordering and by placing an order you agree to waiting the listed processing time before receiving your order.

The processing time refers to the amount of business days it will take before your is shipped and does not include the time it takes for the item to ship.

Please note that these processing times refer to orders only containing items in the specified categories for that processing time window. If your order contains items from multiple categories, the processing time will be decided by the products in the longest processing time window. For example, if your order contains a screen-printed bandana and a custom collar, your order will fall within the custom products processing time window.

In-Stock/Ready To Ship Products

All toys, water bottles, stickers, treats, accessories, home products, and blankets that are pre-made or other specified in-stock items have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Bandanas have a processing time of 2 weeks.

Custom Products

All products from these categories (collars, leashes, fi collar bands, e-collar/training, harnesses, pet tags, starter boxes) have a processing time of 3-4 weeks. Each product from these categories is custom-made based on the specifications you provide and cannot be exchanged or returned unless a mistake is made on our end, no exceptions.

*Please note that at any time these processing times can be increased if your order is placed during a release, sale, or holiday. Also due to the uncertainty with the pandemic, processing times can be increased if it affects our supply chain and will be announced on our instagram.
