How Do I Care for My Collar/Leash?+

All Biothane collars and leashes can be ran under water and cleaned with dishsoap. Leave out flat to dry. Solid brass hardware can be cleaned with brass cleaner or a homemade remedy to bring it back to its former shiny self.

How Do I Care for My bandana?+

Hand wash with cold water and lay out flat to dry. Iron a low setting when necessary.

Can I Make Changes to My Order After I placed It?+

Please email us ASAP if you would like to change something regarding your order. If we have begun working on your order already, we would be unable to make and changed.

Can I Cancel My Order?+

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 weeks of an order being placed. If parts of your order have already been made by the time there is a cancel request, we will only be able to cancel the products that have no yet been made.

Do You Accept Custom Orders?+

Due to the increase in order volume, we can no longer make custom products outside of our product line. If the custom request is for a product that is not on our website, we cannot make it.

Do You Accept Wholesale Orders?+

Wholesale orders are accepted on a case by case basis. Please send us an email for all wholesale order inquiries.

Are You Looking for Models/Affiliates?+

We host ambassador searches every so often and will make an announcement on our ig page. Unless we have an active ambassador search going on, we are not looking to add additional members to our team.

Please do not email us asking for free products, an affiliate code, or to sponsor your giveaway. We only do the above for loyal customers and our ambassadors.
