All of our Wander Webbing products™ are covered under our lifetime guarantee as our promise to you that our products are made to last.
Our products are handcrafted to be durable and withstand any adventure, however, there are instances where your hardware may need to be replaced.
This guarantee is meant to cover hardware/material/assembly defects and not product misuse or damages caused by your pets.
Examples of areas that are covered:
Snap hook/buckle stops working/gets stuck
rivet or d-ring falls out from normal, everyday use
Examples of areas that are not covered:
pet chews through the webbing or hardware
damages caused to the collar/leash from misuse by unsupervised tethering of an animal
color changes, staining, or webbing wear due to the natural aging of the materials
If you have a repair request, please send us an email and a few pictures of the problem areas.
If the product is eligible to be covered by our lifetime guarantee then we will repair the products free of charge, however, we do not cover the shipping costs to and from our shop.
In order to make this process as sustainable as possible, we require that you send any products that are approved for repair back to us so we can reuse the hardware/material that is still in workable condition.
